My Guarantee To You
Communication-when you list your home with me, I provide weekly updates via phone calls, email or text messaging. If I miss an update, I owe you a $100 credit for every time I miss an update at the close of escrow.
Solving problems before the Offer-when you list your home with me, I provide an in home pre-inspection with a handyman. I also provide two free hours of handyman labor to solve any problems a buyer would ask for.
Quality-I provide professional photography of your property, colored listing flyers, postcard campaign to the neighborhood, open house events, social media campaigns, and agent tours of your home.
Follow Through-Every showing of your home, I reach out to the agent for feedback and provide information to you.
Professionalism-If at anytime you are not satisfied with the services you are receiving from me, there is a no hassle release from your listing agreement.
